"Hope this rain buggers off", Courtney messaged me, the day before her family session. Not only had it been pouring down rain, but we were also expecting thunder storms for their session! On the day of their session, John and I kept checking to see what the weather was doing - it was looking pretty nice outside! But there were no changes to the thunderstorm that was expected later that afternoon. As we drove out to the location, we watched big grey clouds roll in, "That's ok, we'll just move super fast!" I said to John, trying to convince myself that it would all still be perfect. And perfect it was.
The sun stayed beautiful for us, as did Mason, the little star of the show!! Let me tell you, toddlers will do their own thing! They don't care that this has been on the books for months! But Mase was an absolute friken champion!! This little family just melts my heart as I scroll through their gallery. There's nothing more precious than seeing the love they have for each other - and watching Mason push Mummy away from Nathan, "No! My Nathan!".
